VersHoek primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.

We also accept credit card payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

IN WHICH CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED?
All our transactions are settled in USD. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the corresponding exchange rate for the currency you select, depending on the website you are visiting.

DO YOU OFFER A 3- OR 4-INSTALLMENT PAYMENT OPTION?
We accept payment in 3 installments.
You can select this payment option during checkout.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR MODIFY MY ORDER?
If you notice an error in your order after receiving the email confirmation, please contact us via our Support Center.
Please note that we can only assist you in modifying your order before it has been shipped.
Once your package has been shipped, we can no longer make any changes.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
If you have not received an order confirmation email, you may have entered an incorrect email address when placing the order, or the email may have ended up in your spam folder. You can log in to your account to view your orders. You may also contact us for more information regarding your order.
